Basement Masters have always been dedicated to providing a first class service. Having achieved accreditation of SpeCC, HomePro & Fairtrades, customer service excellence is paramount; the ways in which we set out to execute this is as follows.
Prior to the commencement of any job our contracts supervisor's/managers will hold an in depth meeting with the client and in this meeting all issues will be covered regarding:
1. HEALTH AND SAFTEY
Our Health and Safety Policy statement includes an obligation for all employees to comply with our client's own Heath & Safety Policies and use the current best practices at all times. Basement Master's standard operating procedure is made available to all our staff and is regularly audited. Our full policy is available upon request.
2. SITE PROCEEDURE
Our sites are set up with a working manager in attendance daily and he is overseen by a contracts supervisor who would visit the site regularly. A site book is kept and all visitors recorded, such as building inspectors, operatives, or specialists.
In the event of any problems then the director is only a phone call away.
3. RISK ASSESSMENT
At the pre commencement of each contract a risk assessment would have been carried out. Points highlighted within the survey are raised with the contract engineer, should further action be required. A copy of the report is left on site for all operatives and, as necessary, any relevant issues are brought to the client's notice.
4. CLIENT'S CONCERNS/REQUIREMENTS
We listen to your concerns and do our best to address them. We are very aware that even with the best of intentions building works of any kind can be stressful. When both, client and contractor work together in harmony we get better co-ordination, a more relaxed atmosphere and the best results.
